To add/remove shared categories there is a new sub menu in the shared tree context menu, to associate known files to categories you can nut use darg&drop in the shared window you must use the file context menu.

Shared Categories enabled categories also for known files it adds an additional category based tree branch in the shared window tree that lists the files acordingly to hair category, in its newest version it is possible to create categories that are only available in shared window (usefully for releasers)*.
