A Static ipfilter is a second ipfilter file
Is a second ipfilter_static.dat addition to the ipfilter.dat that is not auto updated.
If you have to create this file manually and add ip number you want to block with an editor in the file in the config directory
Added by stulle since morph 9.3 in morph
ADD: Static IP Filter (Stulle) remark: save "ipfilter_static.dat" in config dir
