Multiple Instances Allows more than one eMule to run at the same time. They have to be in separate folder and use different port numbers or the second instance will not work. This is a file safety feature, and is also useful for testing purposes.
This feature is integrated in official eMule via CommandLine:
emule.exe ignoreinstances
