Static ipfilter

A Static ipfilter is a second ipfilter filter

Is a second ipfilter_static.dat addition to the ipfilter.dat that is not auto updated.

If you have addition ip number you wnat to block you can add them manually with an editor in the file in the config directory

 ADD:	Static IP Filter (Stulle)
       remark: save "ipfilter_static.dat" in config dir
