There are 2 kinds of import.

eMule v0.30c introduced a convert function to import external partfiles to your eMule downloads. This way you can continue your downloads you started elsewere in emule.

An other method to import file is add exsiting data to a current running download. THis is very useful to fix a currupt download and safe a lot of download time.
