Infinite Queue

Inifinite Queue Removes the queue size limit and allows your queue to grow as much as it needs to. The queue size can be to 2 000 at 10 000, and an option more for infite queue. Configurable in extended option As the sent queuerank is an unsigned short value, the highest queuerank that someone can reach is 65535.
