If a peer has uploaded more to you than you've uploaded to them and the peer is on queue, then the peer immediately gets pushed to uploadlist. A Pay back First slot falls in the Powershare class (= same priority as powershare).
conditions:
- payback first only works on files the upload has complete. (Morph mod)
- you have to pass a certain threshold for this feature to work (typically close to 1 chunk. = 10 MB)
It's a feature first appeared in EastShare mod by AndCycle.
