prefer Servers that report they can accept the number of files the client is sharing.

Servers give a soft & hard limit of number of files that can be shared. Servers that can handle the amount of files you are sharing are prefered to connect to.

Sortorder to select a server:

• Prefershareall (if the option is selected)
• Prio

(note that static server is not in this sort!)
